Refund Policy

Returns
We are confident that you love your purchase, however in the event that you would like to apply for a refund, please follow the processes set out in this policy. Please note that if a return is sent without our authorization, we may return the item(s) to you or charge you a restocking fee.
After you have told us that you want to return parts or all of your order and we authorized you to Return the item(s) and we have received your item(s), we will inspect the item(s).
We will then immediately after inspecting the item(s) notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are made onto your card, not in cash. Some providers charge a small fee to route the refund and such fees will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the refund typically within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Blockologie shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or any wilful damage, negligence, subjection to normal conditions, failure to follow Blockologie instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration of the Item(s).
Postage
If your return has been authorized we will either issue you a return label or refund. When returning the item(s), please use the return label issued and keep the delivery receipt. If we offer you to refund your return postage expenses and you choose an unnecessarily expensive shipping method, you may be obliged to reimburse us for the increased costs compared to a cheaper shipping method.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Blockologie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If we advanced you such fee in order to receive your return back, any incurred charges related to customs, duties and tax will be deducted for your refund or invoiced to you if your return has not been approved.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy for item(s) bought is 30 days and to qualify for a full refund the item must be:
unused,
in its original packaging,
in a resalable condition,
accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, and
returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged on Arrival Policy
If something is wrong with an item you have purchased from us, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that a item to be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” must be:
broken or damaged or not of satisfactory quality,
unusable or not fit for purpose,
not what was advertised or does not match the description.
Please also note that an item cannot be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” if:
it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse,
you knew about the fault before you bought the item,
you have changed your mind.
If your item was received as “Damaged on Arrival”, please follow our Return Process described below within 7 days after the day on which you receive your order.
Return Process
Please follow the below steps:
1. Contact us via email clearly stating the following:
a) Your Order Number, Your Full Name and Delivery Address
b) The reason for requesting a Return
2. We will either accept and/or authorize (or provisionally authorize subject to inspection) or reject the return claim and assign a Return number for further dealings.
3. Upon return approval, the return handling process will be coordinated by us.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
If you do not receive your order within 20 working days from the date of despatch, please contact us. We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 45 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
Cancellation
You have the legal right to cancel your contract for classes and bookings within 7 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day of the confirmation of the contract.
You expressly agree that we may begin supply of the services before the end of the 7 day cancellation period referred to in the previous paragraph. You also acknowledge that your legal right to cancel this contract as described in the previous paragraph will be lost when we begin providing the services.
To exercise your legal right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay. To meet the cancellation deadline referred to, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract we will reimburse to you all payment received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 7 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Cancelling Bookings
Instead of cancelling your contract, you may reschedule the date of your booking. If you need to change the date of your booking from the date you originally booked, you can reschedule a booking up to two weeks before the original booking date, free of charge by contacting us.
If you need to cancel your session or if we cannot agree on a rescheduling date you are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made within 14 days of our contract date.
On cancellation within 72 hours of your booking you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees.
On cancellation with less than 48 hours until your booking no refund can be made and a credit note for the amount paid will be issued.
On cancellation with less than 12 hours until your booking or if you are not available at the time booked (“no show”) no refund can be made.
Technical Failure
If there is a technical failure during a session you may be entitled to a full refund where less than 50% of the session or event is delivered. if more than 50% is delivered then we will offer you to reschedule and to finish the session. Of course, refunds or rebooking’s cannot be made if the technical failure is on your side.
If we can’t deliver
We always aim to deliver and to keep up with our commitments. However, this is not always possible. If we are unable to meet the obligation of a scheduled booking, you can request a full refund for the session or alternatively a rebooking.
If a session has to be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as an act of God or WIFI or internet or ISP failure etc., the event should be rescheduled and cannot be cancelled unless we agree.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
